I've always expected growth in life to be linear, predictable. But the reality is that it comes in fits and spurts, non-linear. And then comes an unexplained plateau...

This week's episode explores the idea of why it may feel like your record label isn't growing (when it probably is).

Here’s a few ways you can stay focused, when things feel like they’re not moving forward…

1. Just Take Action. Keep your head down and keep focused on accomplishing today’s task. Give yourself one manageable action item you can accomplish each day.

2. Small Improvements. We shouldn’t be looking for one magic thing that will produce massive growth (although it’s nice when it happens), instead look for daily small improvements that will compound into something bigger over time.

3. Be Patient. Patience is progress and it is a natural part of the process. So embrace the plateau and stay patient and persistent.

This little equation has helped me stay focused whenever I reach a plateau…
small actions + consistency + time = big results.
