About Bartees Strange: Bartees Strange is an American musician and songwriter based in Washington, D.C. He is known for his unique blend of indie rock and hip-hop influences, as well as his powerful and emotive live performances. Strange began his career as a member of the band The Tee-Totallers, before branching out as a solo artist in 2016. His debut EP, "The Fabulous Muscles," was released in 2017 and received critical acclaim for its innovative sound and thought-provoking lyrics.
Since then, Strange has released several singles and EPs, including "Boom Bap & Blues" and "Say Goodbye to Pretty Boy" which showcase his versatility as a musician and songwriter.
