Quick Win: When onboarding new artists, find out their birthday(s) and add it to your calendar with a reminder. Whenever it’s one of your artist birthdays, post about them on social media. It will be meaningful to them, plus it gives you something to share on social media!
“Twitter Profile Hack”
Quick Win: Check out the Twitter profiles labels Refresh Records and Chillwave Records. They’ve created a tweet that includes all of their most important links (Instagram, Bandcamp, Tiktok, website, etc.) and then they “pinned” that tweet to the top of their profile! So clever!
“The Spotfiy Artist Pick”
Quick Win: Here’s a simple way to utilize the Artist Pick section to help promote your label's newest release! Ask the other artists on your label to help promote your newest release by showcasing the new release in their own Artist Pick section on their Spotify profile.
